vRA HF Pre-Check Failure: xenon-service is not running and release-management is UNAVAILABLE

vRealize Automation PRECHECK might fail with the following exception where it states
XenonService is not running and release-management service is UNAVAILABLE
Solution for this would be to start respective underlying service
For Xenon
service xenon-service start
For release-management service
service tekton-server start
Once above commands are executed successfully, re-run precheck and you should be able to proceed with the next step of patching
